WHO WE ARE

KUPATE BG Association is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering Roma communities and other marginalised groups through education, skills development, social inclusion, and equal opportunities. We are driven by the belief that every individual, regardless of background, deserves the chance to realise their full potential and to participate actively in society.

The Roma community represents one of the most dynamic yet underserved populations in Europe and beyond. Rich in culture, resilience, and human capital, this community has historically faced systemic barriers to education, employment, and social participation. Roman Global Foundation was established to address these inequalities in a constructive, sustainable, and dignified manner.

Our organisation is built on professionalism, transparency, and long-term impact. We work closely with local communities, educators, institutions, and international partners to design and implement initiatives that respond to real needs and create measurable outcomes. WHAT WE DO

KUPATE BG – The Roma Global Association develops and implements programmes that address the root causes of social exclusion and inequality. Our work focuses on practical, results-oriented actions that empower individuals and strengthen communities.

We support access to quality education at all stages of life, from early childhood development to youth education and adult learning. By providing educational resources, mentorship, and skill-building opportunities, we help individuals gain the tools needed for independence and long-term success.

In addition to education, we work to enhance employability and economic participation. Through vocational training, capacity-building initiatives, and partnerships with employers, we support pathways into meaningful employment and entrepreneurship.
