We, the undersigned trustees (or members of the governing body) of Roma Public Council KUPATE BG, hereby formally declare, confirm, and acknowledge that:

  1. We have read, understood, and approved the Restricted Funds Policy attached as Annex X to this grant agreement or funding arrangement.

  2. We recognise our collective and individual responsibilities under:

    • UK Charity Commission guidance CC8 (Internal financial controls)

    • Charities SORP (FRS 102)

    • UK Government, FCDO, and British Embassy grant standards

    • Applicable EU and national laws and regulations

  3. We confirm that appropriate systems of financial control, governance, and oversight are in place to ensure that:

    • Restricted funds are used solely for their intended purposes

    • Donor and funder conditions are fully complied with

    • Restricted funds are properly recorded, monitored, and reported

    • Risks of misuse, fraud, or misallocation are mitigated

  4. We accept responsibility for ensuring that this Policy is implemented effectively and reviewed periodically, and that any material breach, misuse, or irregularity relating to restricted funds will be:

    • Investigated promptly

    • Reported to the relevant funder in accordance with grant conditions

    • Disclosed to regulators where legally required

  5. We confirm that this Policy reflects our commitment to good governance, transparency, accountability, and the responsible stewardship of public and charitable funds.

Authority and Binding Effect

This declaration is made on behalf of the full governing body of Roma Public Council KUPATE BG and confirms that the Restricted Funds Policy is formally adopted and binding on the organisation, its officers, staff, and representatives for the duration of any grant or funding agreement to which it is annexed.
